I’m back, and nicotine free! It’s been a challenging four weeks, and I appreciate the patient support during my silent recovery. Believe me, nothing I had to say for the past month was particularly sexy… Actually, scratch that, there are actually probably plenty of people who would have found my wrathful irritation hot, if I had channeled it in the right way. Nonetheless, I need to feel like myself to engage, and it’s so good to be getting back to being me!

So, four weeks without cigarettes, that feels like kind of a big deal to me. And I do so love positive reinforcement, so I’ve made sure to stock up my Amazon list for anyone who wants to send me a congratulatory token. Everyone talks about the money you save by not smoking, which is true, but it’s particularly true in the long term. I debuted my new most favorite outfit ever earlier for the worthy occasion of attending a birthday party for the Goddess Isabella Valentine Herself. (You should wish her a happy birthday if you haven’t yet!) I had to snap a few pictures afterward, I know Certain Treasures have been anxious to see this outfit.

So you can see why I’m in an awesome, silly, happy mood right now — I’m too cute to keep moping around!
